Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan said that her 12-year-old daughter Anya has raised Rs 70,000 by sketching pets, the revenue of which will go towards feeding the homeless & stray animals who have been hit hard due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Last week, the filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan took to social media to declare that my daughter Anya has decided to sketch a pet & sell the artwork for Rs 1,000 to support homeless & stray animals.
Choreographer Farah Khan, the mother of triplets Czar, Diva and Anya, thanked people who have asked the sketches & donated their valuable money for the noble cause avid coronavirus pandemic.
Filmmaker Farah Khan wrote on Twitter on Sunday that so my 12 yr old daughter Anya has raised 70,000 rs just in 5 days, by sketching your pets for a 1000 rs a sketch. All the money raised is being used to feed homeless & stray animals. Thank you all the kind-hearted people who have asked for sketches and donated for a good cause.

A number of Bollywood stars, including Hrithik Roshan, Riteish Deshmukh, Dia Mirza, Renuka Shahane, Hansal Mehta, Sophie Choudry & Manisha Koirala, took to the comment section of the Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan twitter account to praise Anya for her great work.

India is currently under the complete lockdown with around 1.3 billion people asked to stay home in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has infected more than 10,000 people and claimed more than 350 lives in the country.
Recently, on April 14 the Central Government has extended complete lockdown till May 3.
