Sushant Singh Rajput Died Of Suicide Not Murder: AIIMS

Sushant Singh Rajput died of suicide and not murder said Dr Sudhir Gupta who led the AIIM’s panel re-evaluating the actor’s post-mortem report. Many have been requesting the CBI to initiate a murder probe in the case.

On June 14, Sushant was found dead in his apartment. Firstly, Rhea Chakraborty was accused of aiding suicide. Currently, Rhea is in jail on drug-related charges pertaining to the case.

As per India Today, the doctor said that the case of Sushant Singh is a suicide and that the murder is completely ruled out.

On September 29, the AIIMS doctor submitted their reports to the CBI. The doctor told ANI that there were no injuries seen on the body except for the hanging injuries. No marks of scuffle/struggle on the body and the clothes of the deceased could be seen either, said the doctor.

He added, “The presence of any seductive material was not detected by Bombay FSL and AIIMS toxicology lab. The complete examination of ligature mark over the neck was consistent with hanging.”

So far there has not any evidence obtained prooving that Sushant died of murder.

The lawyer who represented Sushant’s father earlier claimed that a doctor of AIIMS told him that the ligature marks on Sushant’s neck were in harmony with the strangulation. In a press conference, he said, “AIIMS doctor told me that Sushant’s death was by strangulation.”

However, Dr Gupta denied any of these claims. He told Times Now that by seeing ligature marks there can not be any conclusion opinion of homicide or suicide. He added, “It’s difficult for doctors and next to impossible for general people, needed solely internal link discretion and forensic interpretation.”

The lawyer who is representing Rhea, Satish Maneshinde, said that he will wait till reports of CBI are officially made. According to CNN-News18, Manish said that the truth cannot be changed.
